"After my husband's heart surgery, we were terrified about managing at home. The LTN RN visited three times a week, monitored his vitals, managed his medications, and caught a complication early that could have meant re-hospitalization. We are so grateful."

Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifications do your skilled nursing staff have?
All our skilled nursing staff are licensed RNs or LPNs registered with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. They complete ongoing continuing education and are trained in geriatric care.
Does Medicare cover skilled home health?
Medicare Part A/B may cover skilled home health when ordered by a physician following a qualifying hospital or skilled nursing facility stay, and if the patient meets the homebound criteria. We can help you verify eligibility.
What conditions do you manage at home?
We manage a wide range of conditions including diabetes, COPD, heart failure, post-stroke recovery, Parkinson's disease, wound care after surgery or pressure injuries, and post-joint replacement rehab.
Can skilled nursing be combined with personal care?
Absolutely. Many clients receive RN visits for clinical oversight plus daily personal care aide visits. Our coordinator builds integrated plans that cover both medical and daily living needs.
